• Hi Steven, we use a system called Mobile Connect for cleaning quality audits. The audits are carried out via phones/tablets for various services - cleaning, FM and catering quality management. It was a bespoke system which was developed for us about 5 years ago and this was definitely reflected in the price! In terms of cleaning, there are checklists for all the different types of building/room types etc with pass/fail options. The scoring for each checklist item is weighted to reflect the priority areas. The system generates reports which show average scores over the selected period of time and can be filtered by specific premises, by building type etc The system does not include customer surveys, GIFA or flooring data, nor employee or cleaning machinery info. We do our own PAT testing of cleaning machinery and so we have a separate database for that.
