• That's a great suggestion, Carol. Mark is leading a small group looking at how we can better support recruitment - I'll pass this onto him to see if it's something we can look at. It would be good to hear if others have this in place already - absolutely!

• I know Neil at cooldelights has done a lot of work to change the packaging from insulated polystyrene and to a more sustainable container, but it does still create waste. Having said that, I know they are really popular with pupils, as they're easy to eat! Not an easy one, though it'll be interesting to hear what others think.

• Hi Jean, our property services are dealing with this, so not something I'm actively involved in. We are, though, looking at monitoring as part of a wider IoT project, and we're just about to start a pilot in two kitchens and schools - happy to share details as that emerges. Sorry I can't help directly with this one!

• And with extension of FSM it may well be something we'll all need to consider more widely. I'll get a view from Scottish Government on this, and what the extension of FSM might mean for home schooled pupils.
