• Hi Claire/Nicky, For our main meal the veg goes into our container and we are using vegware and for our Pre-order main meals we are using the Taste Food To Go boxes as they retain the temperature. Like you Nicky, we are using croc seal bags for the side salad and fruit pots for portioned fruit however, would like more sustainable, cost effective options if anyone else has any ideas? Nicky is this something for HOH group - see if suppliers could do short presentations on options??

• Hi Linda, See comments from my menu development officer :

  1. Items not saving - in platters- we don’t use the platter function
  2. Issues surrounding the food standards page - any issues we have had have been rectified right away or these have been due to input error, once corrected they have been fine
  3. Food and drink indicators saving in the recipe analysis , but not in the editor. No issues so far

• Hi Linda & Jackie, Welcome aboard, I have highlighted your issues to our menu development officer to see if they are experiencing any of the same issues, have you moved to the new updated version? We are looking at labelling solutions and have spoken to & had a demo from Rep from Planoglow , was wondering if anyone has used Plangow in particular Nutrilogic live and could give some feedback . Also does anyone have contact details for local rep for Daymark labelling and could pass on their details?

• Thanks Judith, we have just undertaken the training for the new H4S 21 software and they advised us on Friday that they are joining up with CRB Cunninghams. We use CRBC for our cashless provider in the High schools. Another area we have started looking at is integrating Nutmeg with a labelling solution in preparation for Natasha's law in October , have you done anything yet ?
