• Hi, I have just had a conversation with Lesley Kirkwood regarding sweetened and baked pastry products such as apple pie and croissants. Sweet pastry products need to meet both the sweetened and baked criteria as well as being counted in the pastry requirements. This requirement has been missed by a few people and Lesley wanted it to be highlighted. :)

• 2700 what fun! Similar answer to everyone else, divide and conquer with multiple service points, cafes, deli bars etc. Our pupils favourite is our Macdonalds outside serving hatch and covered outside seating Feel free to come for a visit (once you are allowed) or I can send pics.
